Application Instructions

3. Do NOT mix with other products. The usual behavior rules regarding chemical substances are to be followed during the use of all car care products: Make sure that the room you work in is well ventilated. Do not apply in direct sunlight (Comes with applicator pad and 2 suede coating cloths)

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Ensure a clean, dry surface before application – use isopropyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol to  Remove Contaminants. A degreaser may be necessary for hard to clean or greasy surfaces.

2. Shake the bottle before use. Thoroughly clean and dry all surfaces.

3. Preload liquid on the applicator, wipe onto surface evenly.

4. A. Indoor temperature 18-6℃ – remove the residue within 2-3min. Don’t wait over 3 min  B. Indoor/Outdoor temperature 26-35℃ – remove the residue within 1 min. don’t wait for over 3 min

5. Once finished, do not wash the car and keep away from water and dust for the next 72 hours!

6. Once cured only machine polish can remove SOLID. PAINT COATING

IMPORTANT The cleaning process is absolutely crucial in order to achieve long lasting results. The cleaner your cars’ paint is before SOLID. PAINT COATING is applied, the longer the protective layer will last. If your car is waxed you need to make sure that all the wax is removed before you start apply. SOLID. PAINT COATING will only work over a long period if it is applied to be bare paint! Only coat one part of the car at a time and only do small parts, especially if your working on your own.

RE-COATING PROCESS  Coating thickness will be increased by applying every one hour to achieve the robust protection. The scratch resistance and high gloss will be enhanced every time you apply a new layer on the surface.

Cure time:  SOLID. PAINT COATING is designed to be cured at the room temperature. 2 hours will be tack free and 72 hours will achieve full function. During the curing processes of the initial 8 hours, please do NOT have water drops on the surface to impact the coating performance. If you notice any water drops on the surface, please remove it at once. Once cured, chemicals can’t remove the coating.  Machine polish is only the way to remove it.

Storage:  2 year unopened shelf life. 3℃ to 30℃

Extended Care & Maintenance: Coating can withstand all cleaning solutions up to a PH of 12. Use residue and fragrance free cleaners. Recommended cleaners: Ethyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol. OR water and shampoo
