Product Description: SOLID. Marine . The product is a clear, ready to use, innovative surface coating able to resist water and dirt. By using the Nano technology, SOLID. Marine creates a very good barrier by chemically binding to the substrate, which Provides an easy to clean ability to avoid the water, dirt, grease and other stains.
The protected material can be cleaned numerous times without reapplication. SOLID. Marine for is resistant to solvents, acids, bases and chemicals. SOLID. Marine is applied as one component coating. No mixing with another material is required. Only a thin film of SOLID. Marine is needed to provide superior protection. Dry to the touch will be accomplished within 1-2 hours at room temperature. Full curing is accomplished at room temperature after applying for 3-5 days.
SOLID. Marine for Boat/Yacht – can’t be removed by any chemicals; machine polish is only the way to remove it!!!
Spraying:
.08 Tip size is recommended. Spray and level coating until high spots are removed and no longer visible. Let cure for 72 hours
Brushing:
You will get a thick thickness by this method but you will see the visible streaks likes. Brushing only use on the area, which needs protection but doesn’t need the high quality of the surface. This method particularly applies on the anti- graffiti function for the public transportation and walls.
PREPARATION :
Preparation of substrate is crucial for maximum adhesion and performance. Prepare surface and remove oil, contaminants or any unwanted coatings from the substrate. For surfaces that must retain a specific appearance (such as wheels) denatured alcohol may be used. Blow off substrate with a high‐pressure air nozzle to remove any blasting dust left on the surface. Wear safety goggles or face shield for your protection. Work in a well‐ventilated area. If ventilation is not available, wear a respirator
CURING CONDITION :
Allow to air‐dry. Parts will be tack free after approximately 60~120 minutes. Until this point the coating is still wet, and care should be taken to not bump or touch the parts. Parts will be partially cured after 24 hours and fully cured 5 days after application. Finished goods may be shipped after 24 hours when the coating is partially cured.
STORAGE:
SOLID. Marine for Boat/Yacht is one-component material, without any harder for reactions. It can keep stable in room temperature and no need storage in low temperature condition. The shelf life under room temperature is one year in the original closed package
